Custom orthotics
Why orthotics?
Orthotics are the design, manufacture and application of medical devices to support or correct movement or functional disorders of the human body. These devices, known as orthotics, are custom-made for each individual patient and can be used to treat a variety of conditions affecting different parts of the body, such as the feet, knees, hips, back, shoulders, wrists and hands. Orthotics can also be used to prevent injuries during sports activities or repetitive tasks at work.
Dr. Frank Watson will perform a thorough evaluation of your needs and creates an individualized treatment plan that takes into account your goals and preferences. Orthotic devices may include braces, splints, shoe inserts or prostheses.
By providing precise support and alignment where needed to restore normal function and minimize pain or discomfort, orthotics can greatly improve the quality of life for many patients.
